T&C's: 1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in and use of the APLH training course ("Course") offered by Melrose (UK) Ltd ("Company"). By enrolling in the Course, participants ("Participants") agree to abide by these Terms. 2. Enrolment and Payment 2.1. Registration: Participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. 2.2. Payment: Full payment of the Course fee must be made prior to the commencement of the Course. Payment methods include [card or bacs]. 2.3. Confirmation: Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy 3.1. Cancellation by Participant: Participants may cancel their enrolment by providing a written Email notice to the Company. Cancellations made at least 5 working days before the course start date will be able to move the course date or receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 working days before the Course start date will receive a refund less a £35.00 admin fee. (This is due to BIIAB charges) 3.2. Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Course. In such cases, Participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future course date or receive a refund 3.3. No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for Participants who do not attend the Course without prior notice. 4. Course Conduct 4.1. Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. 4.2. Behaviour: Participants must behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow Participants. Disruptive behaviour may result in dismissal from the Course. 4.3. Materials: Course materials are provided for personal use only and may not be distributed or reproduced without the Company's permission. 5. Intellectual Property 5.1. Ownership: All Course materials, including but not limited to slides, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of the Company. 6. Liability 6.1. Personal Property: The Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of Participants' personal property during the Course. 7. Privacy and Data Protection 7.1. Data Collection: The Company collects personal data from Participants during the registration process. This data is used solely for the administration of the Course and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 7.2. Data Security: The Company employs appropriate security measures to protect Participants' personal data. 8. Amendments 8.1. Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes. 9. Governing Law 9.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. 10.
